Sitehandy Billing System Migration Update

Everything you need to know about our transition from WHMCS to Clientexec and how it affects your account.

Sitehandy Billing System Migration

We've recently completed the migration of our billing system from WHMCS to Clientexec. This transition is part of our ongoing effort to improve the billing experience, streamline account management, and provide a more modern and intuitive interface for all Sitehandy clients. While the migration has been designed to be as seamless as possible, there are a few important things every client should be aware of moving forward.

In this post, we'll walk you through the key changes, what actions you may need to take, and answers to the most commonly asked questions about the new billing portal.

Logging In to the New Billing Portal

Due to the migration, all existing clients must reset their password before they can log in to the new billing system. Your previous WHMCS credentials will no longer work. Don't worry — the process is quick and straightforward.

To get started, simply visit the billing login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your Sitehandy account, and you'll receive a password reset link in your inbox. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, reach out to our support team and we'll assist you right away.

Payment Options

We understand that local payment methods are important for many of our clients, and we want to be transparent about the current state of payment options in the new system.

Local payment method integrations are currently being developed and will be rolled out as soon as they are ready. In the meantime, we have two convenient options available for you:

Billing Discrepancies

Migrating between billing systems is a complex process, and while we've taken great care to transfer all records accurately, there may be occasional discrepancies. If you notice anything that doesn't look right, our support team is ready to help.

Common issues that may require manual correction include:

Don't hesitate to contact our support team whenever something seems off. We'd much rather hear from you and fix it promptly than have any client left with an unresolved billing concern.

Accessing Your Hosting Control Panel

One of the advantages of the new billing system is a more streamlined way to access your hosting control panels. Rather than having to remember separate login credentials for your cPanel, Plesk, or other hosting interfaces, you can now access them directly through your Clientexec account dashboard.

Simply log in to your billing account, navigate to the Services section, and click on the relevant hosting package. From there, you'll find a one-click access link that takes you straight to your hosting panel — no need to memorize or manage separate credentials.

This works for all active hosting services tied to your account and provides a single, centralized place to manage everything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register a new account?

No. All existing client accounts have been migrated to the new system. You do not need to create a new account. Simply use the "Forgot Password" function on the login page to set a new password and access your existing account with all your services and history intact.

Why does my invoice look different?

The invoice format has changed as part of the transition to Clientexec. While the layout and design may look different from what you were accustomed to with WHMCS, the underlying information — including service details, amounts, and payment status — remains the same. If anything appears incorrect, let our support team know.

Can I still access my old WHMCS invoices?

Old WHMCS invoices are no longer available through the previous portal. However, all relevant records have been transferred to the new system. If you need a copy of a specific historical invoice for your records or accounting purposes, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Will my hosting services be affected?

No. Your hosting services remain completely unaffected by this billing migration. All websites, email accounts, databases, and files continue to operate as normal. The migration only impacts the billing and account management layer — your actual hosting infrastructure has not changed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to refine the new billing system. Our goal is to make managing your account as smooth and hassle-free as possible. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with anything related to the migration, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
